Contract Terms (Terms and Conditions)

Obligations and commitments:

 

* The Corporation is committed to accrediting service providers outside the Kingdom by visiting them and ascertaining their reliability, and then remotely supervising the stages of the actual service provider"s work in his capacity as project implementation supervisor according to the specifications requested by the client.

 

*The institution is obligated to issue a purchase order to the actual service port and direct it to start work from the date of this contract and receive the financial payment related to it.

 

 * The institution is committed to supervising the implementation of the project within the specified time, except for reasons beyond its control, such as natural phenomena that prevent the practice of work “God forbid” such as rain or other obstacles.

The duration of the implementation of surface wells is between 15-40 days, and the bucket and artesian wells are between 30-60 days.

 

* The Foundation is committed to sending a photo report to the client with all the details and stages from the beginning of the project to its opening, "delivered and sent after the completion of the project."

* The Foundation is committed to submitting the project"s location via Google Maps. GPS.

* The Foundation undertakes to implement the project in places of need, especially remote villages and countryside.

* The project name cannot be modified after the contract is issued and the project has been approved.

* The amount cannot be refunded after the project is baptized and paid.

 

* The execution price is inclusive of the actual service provider’s wages and the institution’s fees in full, it must be paid by the first party and it is not possible to claim a refund after paying it.

* Exempt from value added tax.
